Brief Description: TAILCONE disassemble the tailcone

Completely disassembled the tailcone. Found F-1047 X Stiffener (bottom skin central stiffener -G-) with bad hole at the hidden end as it was not correctly positioned. Prepared new stiffener from J.Channel, matchdrilled using the wrong stiffener
