Brief Description: VS redone rivets with Lucio's Support

Lucio Castrogiovanni concurred in removing few rivets and in redriving them. Result is now much better especially for a rivet on the bottom hinge. Vertical stabilizer can be considered complete, unless we i decide to replace some bad rivets with structural MKS Rivets.
