Brief Description: HS - Finishing left horizontal stabilizer and prep
I finished drilling and clecko'ing the left HS together and then went ahead and put the entire assembly together. It actually looks like something off a plane. I did make a mistake and got dyslexic for a few minutes when I drilled the HS-708 out to a #12 hole instead of a #21. I spent some time trying to figure out how to correct it but then decided to just order a replacement from Vans for $9.95, not too bad. The replacement should be here Monday so it won't hold me up too long. I deburred, dimpled and prepped for priming all of the right HS pieces and some of the left pieces before my Scotch Brite wheel for my air grinder wore out. Dimpling is a serious pain...
