Brief Description: Formed 8 gussets for the aft ribs
I have a cheap 18" Harbor Freight metal brake. The flat bar that comes with it that is used to bend the metal has a 90 degree flat edge. This edge puts a hard bend in the material that can make the material prone to cracks over time. I took the bar to a local machine shop and had them put a 3/32" and 1/8" radius on opposite sides of the bar. This brake now makes good bends with proper radius.
