Brief Description: Elevator rear skins, trim tab cut out.
Noticed some oil canning of rear elevator skin on right side. Investigated cause of oil canning and found that flange of elevator spar does not have enough angle to it and causes skin to pop outward when clecos are installed. Removed skin and tweeked angle of flanges. reinstalled skin and oil canning is less severe. still need a little additonal angle on spar flanges. Removed both left and right skins and layed out cuts for trim tab cut out on left skin. Drilled corner loacations on top side and filed with round file to cut lines. Filed through trailing edge with round file at cut lines.
