Brief Description: Elevator skeleton assembly.

Layed out rib location on elevator spar. Marked center line on ribs 9mm frrom edge. Layed out rivet location for rear and noes ribs. Drilled rivet locations with #40 drill. Positioned and back drilled rear ribs and clecoed in place.
