Brief Description: Cleco all ribs to #30, Cut rudder rear skin.

Drilled and clecoed ribs 3 an4. Drill and clecoed bent strip to tip rib. Enlarged all holes to #30 drill and installed copper clecos. Cut rear rudder skin to rough deminsion.
