Brief Description: Drilling bulkhead and longerons
Final drilled #30 holes in bulkhead common to baggage floor ribs. Aligned and clamped left and right mid fuse to tailcone longerons then match drilled #30. Final drilled to #19 and installed bolts as required. Fabricated shims from .025 aluminum to fit between top skin and longerons. Clecoed tailcone top skin in place. Match drilled skin to shims and longerons. Match drilled #40 holes below baggage door cutout then countersunk for -3 rivet. Match drilled #40 the angled row of holes below baggage door cutout. Match drilled #40 skin holes common to F1006 bulkheads. Match drilled #40 the aft row of holes common to mid bottom skin and tailcone fwd skin. Removed tailcone top skin and countersunk longerons, skin and shims as indicated in plans.
