Formed left and right hand hold doublers then clecoed and drilled to match skin. Final drilled all other #40 holes in top skin to structure. Positioned the f1003D&E upper panel flanges and match drilled from skin and instrument panel per plans. Removed upper flanges and match drilled nutplate attach holes for all screw holes then dimpled nutplate attach holes in flanges. Countersunk rivet attach holes in hand hold doublers. Removed top skin from structure and deburred all holes and edges.
