Fabricated two torque tube to O/B wing bellcrank pushrods from 1-1/4 aluminum tubing. Using template marked and drilled 6 ea. #30 holes in each end then inserted threaded rod end caps and match drilled. Fabricated two bellcrank to aileron pushrods from 1/2'' steel tubing. Marked and drilled #30 holes as indicated on each end. Inserted threaded rod end caps and match drilled to tubes. Disassembled and deburred all parts then primed inside and out. Reassembled both sets of pushrods and riveted as indicated on plans. Fabricated and riveted safety wire tabs on each end of large pushrods. Installed rod end bearings and jam nuts on each pushrod. Adjusted all pushrod lengths to preliminary settings as shown on plans.
