Brief Description: Drilling trailing edges and more dimpling
Clecoed entire aileron assy together including trailing edge extrusion. Marked and trimmed trailing edge flush with each end of ailerons then final drilled trailing edges to top and bottom skins. Disassembled ailerons and deburred where required. Dimpled as required remaining parts where exterior flush rivets will be installed. Countersunk trailing edge extrusions for skin dimples. Formed edge break in leading edge skin overlap as needed. Riveted inboard doublers on both spars.
