Brief Description: ADAHRS Mounting Tray

Fabricated ADAHRS mounting tray from .063 aluminum angle and sheet. Selected suitable location for ADAHRS/Magnetometer units as per Dynon's recomendations. Fabricated 2 ea. horizontal braces from .063 3/4" aluminum angle and positioned directly behind the F-1007 frame and matchdrilled to longerons and bulkhead for #10 bolts. Fabricated mounting plate from .063 sheet and match drilled to fwd and aft braces for #4 rivets. Fabricated 2 ea. vertical struts from .063 1" aluminum angle and match drilled to upper skin stiffeners and aft brace. Utilized Dynon's Secondary ADAHRS Mounting Plate Kit P/N 102532-000 to allow secondary unit to be piggyback mounted as pr Dynon instructions. Dissassembled, deburred and primed all parts. Installed #8 aluminum rivnuts to ADAHRS mounting plate to prevent interference with magnetometers.
