Brief Description: Top Skin and Stiffener Drilling
Installed and centered aft upper skin stiffeners then match drilled to skin. Installed upper forward skin and matchdrilled stiffeners. Match drilled remaining fwd and aft upper skins to all frames and longerons except for any holes associated with the F1006 frame which will be drilled later.
