Riveted rear spars to aft flanges of rib halves. Riveted inboard and outboard shear clips to both rear spars. Riveted inboard rear spar gusset on both elevators. Riveted upper skin to spar on both elevators except for upper inboard section where trim tab hinge will eventually attach.
