Fabricated J stiffeners for both O/B leading edges as shown on plans. Fluted, staightend and deburred all L.E. ribs. Notched two W-1009L and two W-1009R ribs as shown for spar bar clearance. Removed tank splice strips from O/B leading edge skins and deburred. Clecoed ribs, tank splice strip and J stiffeners in place on both L.E. skins.
