Brief Description: Skin final drilling. Dimpling and countersinking
Clecoed rear spar assembly in place. Match drilled rear spar to inspar ribs. Clecoed HS1016 stringer web to forward side of stringer assemblies. Using angle drill, match drilled stringer web to inboard inspar ribs and stringers. Final drilled all skin holes with #40 drill. Labeled parts dissassembled, and deburred. Dimpled both skins. Dimpled all required nose and midspar rib flanges. Countersunk 3/32 holes in front spar flanges, rear spar flanges and top and bottom stringer assemblies.
