Temporarily installed counterbalance weight and match drilled to rib attach holes. Marked bend line on rudder skins for counterbalance cover. Removed weight and bent both skins to cover weights using fabricated hardwood blocks. Match drilled and dimpled skins for counterbalance weight #8 attach screws. Deburred and installed weight attach hardware. Finished riveting final skin to rib attachment up to counterbalance weight.
