Using AC90-89B as reference performed fuel flow tests for both left and right tanks. For pressurized system .55 x 260hp= 143 lbs/hr. 143/6=23.83 gph 23.83 x 1.25 = 29.79 gph required flow rate. Set aircraft in as nose high attitude as possible. Removed inlet line from fuel injection unit and installed aluminum tube crimped enough to achieve about 25 psi with fuel pump operating. Selected LH tank and timed fuel flow for one minute which achieved exactly one gallon of fuel or 60 gallons per hour equivalent. Selected RH tank and timed fuel flow for one minute which achieved slightly over one gallon of fuel which equated to 60.4 gph. Verified efis fuel flowmeter indication accuracy during both tests. Drained fuel tanks down to unuseable in preperation for weighing.
