Brief Description: Door hinge and handle installation
Cut hinge pins from AN-3 bolts. Assembled L-R hinge assemblies then positioned on canopy top to marked reference line and drilled as shown in plans. Installed hardware as required. Taped doors to cabin top then drilled and installed hinge hardware as required. Positioned Planearound door strut upper attach brackets and drilled cabin top then installed temporary harware to check for fit and door seal clearance. Fabricated interior door handle plate assemblies for both doors. Began installation of Aerosports exterior low profile door handle installation per instructions.
