Marked all door components as shown in plans for trimming and match drilling reference. Sanded mating surfaces of inner and outer door components. Trimmed outer perimeter and window flanges of both door inner structures and skins. Drilled alignment dimples and clecoed inner structures to outer skins. Clecoed both door assemblies to fuselage then match drilled. Match drilled door strut attach doublers to door inner structures. Sanded door strut doublers and door then epoxied in place. Re-drilled doubler attach holes after epoxy cured and installed blind rivets per plans.
