Final drilled vertical stab attach bracket to horizontal stab as indicated. Fabricated the four shims from bar stock as shown for forward horizontal stab attach. Placed shims onto stab fwd mounts with two sided tape as shown. Set hor stab in place onto tailcone. Used draw clecos in aft attach mount alignment holes to align for drilling. Drilled the four aft attach holes with #12 and bolted in place as shown. Installed wooden block with reference line between fwd stab attach brackets and secured with c-clamps. Measured horizontal to fuselage alignment and match drilled fwd stab attach brackets and shims to aft deck using long #12 drill as indicated.
