Cut hinge material to required length for each elevator. Aligned and drilled hinge to elevator rear spar. Aligned and drilled trim tab spar to hinge. Trimed hinge flush with end of trim tab and elevator skins. Removed hinge pin and riveted hinge halves to elevator and trim tab with hand squeezer. Drilled hole on inboard end of elevator rear spar as indicated. Installed hinge pin and secured with saftey wire.
