I used a hand made compass to scribe the arc for the upper baggage bulkhead. Cut it on a bandsaw and installed it. The rub or wear blocks were fun to figure out. The square "washers" were made from .032 alclad sheet alum. Pull rivets were prescribed by the manual. Fashioning small parts can take a long time to make with little to show for it but that's the way of kit building..
The tunnel cover in Image #3 was fun to make. I used my steel insert plate on the workbench to back rivet the cover to supports. It worked very well.
