The Door Latches are made from 5mm X 10mm Aluminium bar. Ad described in the new manual. This is the same as the Mod for the Cockpit width increscent. The latches have to be made then assembled on the bench to get all the parts working and everything cut and drilled the correct length. Every thing is then assembled into the doors after an opening id made. This took a lot longer than I expected as their are so many thing st set-up and get correct. I also made some covers for later I just did a splash mould before cutting the hole in the door.
