I cut out the Flap rib I made last month and joined the STBD flap cores together. After some carefully cutting of the rib. Then sanding it down to profile, so it was slightly smaller than the flap cores, YOU DO NOT WANT A BUMP IN THE SKIN AFTER LAYUP. I drilled two small holes in the rib for cocktail stick to hold the rib in place, where it was floxed and positioned in the jig blocks, then weighed down so not to move until it has cured. I also checked the washout is 1.4o.
