I have managed to do only one flap today, as other jobs have cropped up. But all went well, the usual dry micro and slurry, the on went the uni cloth one at 30o then the other the opposite way at 30o. It is a little awkward on your one as for the length on the Ailerons but I managed ok by simply rolling up the cloth first, then unrolling it over the aileron. I think a plastic tube would be a goo idea, I will try it on the net one.
