After some advice from my Inspector, I decided it fit a Rear tie down, This would be useful when on the trailer or most of all A Windy day on the airfield. A slot is cut in the aft area. I used a climber’s shackle, found at our local camping Shop. I used a Stainless Steel one. I cut some ply wood to fit under the tie down to stop it falling through the slot I had cut. I applied 2 Ply’s of “Bid” then slotted the tie down in and the Ply wood under neath all bedded in Redux. I then applied some more Redux around it and 4 more ply’s of Bid over the Top.
