Fitting the doors was a bit of a challenge !!! The doors on a trial fit did not fit into the recess properly, they where too low. How I fixed this was to build up the area with an extra small insert of 3mm ply wood. This lifted the doors too high so I sanded down the plywood until I got the correct height. a single ply of bid was then lied up over the ply wood.
Then the drilling of the hinges worked out OK. All the edges of the door are now sanded to get a nice fit all around.
The Holes are drilled for the Shoot bolts and the inserts are installed
