Brief Description: Preparing for bonding the top on
Still preparing for bonding on the top half of the fuselage, and to make things easer later on. I decided to make flanges in preparation. This is easy enough, Splash moulding are made on the fuselage top to get the correct shape. After cure, they are fitted to their locations and bonded with 2 ply’s of bid for the rear bulkhead. The Mass balance tower is bonded as with the bottom. To create bracket for possible removal at a later date.
