Rib 3 and 4 are added the same, into the corners and reduxed into position. One the Redux has set; I added layups lapping into the other ribs. This is a very heavy layup. ( it has to be)
After cure, the top of the ribs are rounded off and uni is applied long ways to tie everything together.
About 40 hours work
The bolt washers where also reduxed in to provide a flat area for the bolts.
