Brief Description:  Finger Brakes.

Toe Brakes as Finger brakes. There is one design I liked but needed something better to allow the operation of the throttle and brakes at the same time with one hand, this design I had seen did not Produced a comfortable method. I have adapted my own way, simpler but better.

I Used the original hard point used for the Mono wheel Europa. and piggybacked the two brake cylinders together. Using one of the original Toe break brackets, It is Modified to fit in-between the brake cylinders and fastened to the CM with anchor nuts attached to the bracket. The original hard point is drilled in the correct position and as the CM is not at right angles to the brake cylinders, a flox pad is made on both sides of the CM. The Master cylinder toe brake nearest to the CM has had the fixing point threads drilled out to remove them. They are left intact on the Toe break cylinder nearest to the centre of the CM. M8 X 100mm set screws are use to fix the Master cylinders together, The set screw is passed through the CM hard point, A locking check nut is added before passing the set screw through the first master cylinder (which has been drilled) then through the mountings bracket and Finally screwed into the inboard master Cylinder. When the correct position of the master cylinders is achieved, the check nut is tightened tight against the CM and the Master cylinder. Drill throught the top of the CM and through the mounting braket in 3 places to give good suport and atach anchor nuts. The levers are later bent inwards to each other to get a nice comfortable control under one hand. Longer levers are used and an access hole is required for bleeding the brakes
