I today prepared for the Aileron L.E. close out. First cutting away the foam on the L.E. to make a flange where the hinges will be fixed. I have to be carefully not to make the curved filet of Micro in the bottom of the close out too big or I will have problems fixing the hinges later. I have put masking tape on the flange and L.E. to keep the slurry off the surfaces. All ready now.
