Last weekend I was able to complete the last work table needed for my build and the shop is mostly complete. The table will be the main table I will be using for the empennage kit.
I also took the time to move around a few tables to organize the shop. A paint/primer area will be the next task I will tackle. I am planning on going to Sun N Fun this year to speak with the people from Vans. The empennage kit will be ordered after that.
I took the time to finish the edge with some 3/4" red oak to help protect them from getting beat-up. The hardwood trim holds the 1/8" hardboard top in place so I can replace the top when it gets full of drill holes.
