The R-405PD, Rudder Horn and the R-710 Rudder Control Horn gets riveted to the spar and bottom rib. I ended up with a smiley face on one of the rivets and had to drill it out and set a new one.
The four rivets on the bottom, the two middle ones I set with the squeezer and the other two I used blind rivets as per the construction manual.
After everything was fastened, I discovered the the plans calls out for the top edge of the R-405PD should have been rounded off for a better fit between it and the R-704 bottom rib. Not sure if I need to drill out the rivets to get to the Rudder Control Horn to round off the top edge. Will run it by a few builders to get their take on it.
