Complete! My second major part of a slow build RV-8. In all this is really fun project. The key is to take your time, read and understand the plans and construction manual, and apply common practice's. When in doubt, call a fellow builder, EAA advisor, and use your web and builder resources.
Both stabilizers setting are complete other than the fiberglass tips. It is starting to look like a typical tail section for a airplane. The next part in the sequence will be the rudder.
