The baffling in the upper section is finalized. The air will in take at the front of the cowling, travel between the fins in the motor to keep it cool and exit underneath. The pictures show the exit area for the air. Due to the curved metal inside the plane it is pressed up hard against the fire wall. Hence we used nutplates and screws. The nutplates were very challenging to fit but we eventually got there when borrowed a right angle drill.
