Brief Description: Fabricate and install bulkhead "A" pulleys
Boy what a pain in the butt, fabricating these brackets. No template and you needed to make a mirror side and also allow for the thickness of the metal. I know this does not make any sense but wait until you begin this challenge. Thankfully my old mate Paul Douvos slept on it and said I had it all wrong. I re drew the cutting lines three different times. I think we have learnt.....measure twice, draw the pattern.....think about it.....walk away......draw it again......sleep on it......draw it again, measure one more time for luck, cross your fingers....and then cut. We did manage to get it right. These hand made brackets are installed inside the "A" section of the fuselage. Note 1 hour to install and 3 hours to draw the bloody thing
