Boy does this start to become a challenge. All the pulley covers and spacers are hand cut. No room for error as every thing must line up. Final result very statisfying. Every thing lined up beautifully and the pulleys work a treat. When we first looked at the drawings it looked like like a Michael Angelo scetch however we finally got our head around it. One cannot believe we have to cut these parts but at the end of the day it propably made us feel a little better for doing it!
