Brief Description:  Install bulk head and cut inspection hole

Back in the first chapter - step 77 we were requested to fabricate two "shearweb" covers. Basically, metal covers cut to shape to fit into the rear two bulk heads. Tonight we made up the fibreglass ledges that these will be fixed to. This had to be done by placing your hand into the small hole and working with the fibreglass upside down. This is definitely not a job for Tim as he does not like getting his hands dirty. Darren did a marvelous job and had resin from elbow to finger tips.

We finally got our hands on a 4 1/2" holesaw and could cut an inspection hole at the bottom of the fuselage. The hole was perfect and I am glad we waited to find the right tool.
