Brief Description: Fabricate the aft shell attach fittings
Now we are really starting to have cutting troubles. Took the aluminiun angle around to Max Quinlan to get him to cut the stock as he has a band saw. He couldn't do it! Took it to a lazer cutter and he couldn't cut angle either. We resorted to a jig saw with a metal cutting blade which did a pretty good job. The files and the belt sander did the job to make the product look professional. Peter Koald who has experience building planes dropped in to have a look and we asked him is it normal we should be making these types parts. He said get used to it as this is only the beginning. Peter gave us some good advise on planning the build.
