Brief Description: Install the forward Shell attach fittings
We decided to attach the fittings later in the project after we had a little more confidence with the fibreglass. The fitting was manufactured by us, fixed and fibreglassed to the upper cowl....then trimmed and finally 4 rivets in each bracket. The whole idea was to fix the upper cowl to the frame. We should have a nice firm dash board as we used lots of fibreglass with up to 5 layers of cloth.
