Drilling the lower hinge mounting holes. Picture two shows the bottom hinge of the rudder which will attach. After the vertical rudder hinge was installed the outer firbreglass needed to be sanded back evenly. Port side had around 4 inches to sand back and the starboard side had 2 inches. Darren in image 3 sanding back using the right OH&S mask.
