Brief Description: Cutting, Laying Out & Drilling Channel
Made the remaining various channel parts required to assemble the aft fuselage. Assembly of the aft fuselage begins on the next sheet, F21. I used my nibbler extensively on a few channel cutouts. I also used my new fly cutter for the first time on a couple of channel holes. It works well, but you have to make sure the material is secured to the drill press table. The picture below shows the part after it was cut and cleaned up.
I layed out and cut the aft lower fuselage mixer assembly access hole on the aft lower fuselage skin. I had to chain drill the radi and then used my 90 grinder and a cutoff wheel to make the straight cuts. It's rough right now, but will clean up nicely.
