Brief Description: Primed & Assembled Pulleys & Drilled/Assembled Fai
I decided to go ahead and prime the pulley bracket before assembling them. While the paint was drying I started cutting and drilling the phenolic block fairleads as called for in the plans. This was the first time I was really able to use my new drill press and everything turned out well. It took me a minute to figure out that I needed to frequently drill then back the bit out of the 3/4" phenolic block because it can heat up and clog the drill flutes. The second fairlead block turned out much better.
