Today I fabricated the flap handle, greased the phenolic blocks I made a while back and installed the assembly. I'm very happy with the installation. I did have ot shave a lot of materail off the left inboard upper edge of the phenolic block for handle clearance purposes. Also, I had to round the inside hole edge to clear the flap tube weldment.
