Brief Description: Trimed Shims, Primed Mount Holes, and Installed Mo
I pulled everything back apart, cleaned, deburred, and painted the mounts and holes. Re-fitted and installed motor mount hardware. It really went together without a fuss and I didn't have problems with the very lower hardware hitting the gear leg tube or with installed the nut for it. No clearance issues that so many other builders talked about.
Again, nearly every bolt that Sonex calls out on the plans needs to be reduced at least one grip lenght or have washers added to it!
