Brief Description: Final Install of Rudder Pedals & Started Aft Spar
During the test fit of the rudder pedals I noticed that they were not completely free, so I decided to remove the components and ream the phenolic blocks slightly. After reaming, I applied grease to the blocks for lubrication. This is called for in the plans, but it easy to miss!
After doing the final install on the pedals I decided to take a look at the aft spar carry-thru structure. I found all the parts and started fabricating the small components and channel that will make up this structure.
Of the three hours I spent in the shop, about an hour was taken up with cleaning and re-organizing tools.
