Brief Description: Trimed Seat Sling to Fit and Installed Hing Halves
Now I have a place to sit! I spent about and hour trimming the center cutout on the seat sling to make it fit the fuselage floor structure. The dimensions on the plans did not allow enough clearance for the seat sling to sit correctly on the floor structure for the middle hinge halves to line up.
Fitted, drilled, deburred and primed the remaining hinge halves that attach the seat sling to the fwd fuselage structure. After the primer dried, I riveted them in place.
