Brief Description: Fitted and Drilled Stiffeners, Clips and Gussets
Today I worked on fitting and driling the firewall stiffeners, attach clips, gusset, and tunnel clips. The stiffener clips and gusset proved to be a little tricky to hole in place for drilling. I used to blue tape and two heavy oak wooden prybars to hole them in place long enough to get a couple of clecos in installed.
FYI - the aft stiffener clip has to be dimpled in the three hole locations that attach to the fwd side of the tunnel zee.
