My homemade bending brake only makes 1/8" radius bends and the plans call for 1/16" bends. I went ahead and made the bends with a 1/8" radius and think this will pass. I'll still have enough material to work with when I rivet everthing together it just won't look like a super crisp bend.
The firewall stainless is pretty plyable and easy to work with. Just was out for the sharp edges!
